The job is based at Rio de Janeiro, RJ.
Job summary
Execute software tests for seismic elastic inversion and petroelastic modeling. Writing simple codes or scripts may also be required.
The internship period is 6 months with 20-25h work hours per week in a flexible agenda.
Required abilities
Any graduate or undergraduate (last year) on exact and earth sciences may apply.
The candidate will be required to read and write in English.
The candidate must have a talent for mastering software tools in general and a solid math background. He/she will work on a Linux system and have basic programming skills.
A basic comprehension of inversion problems and wave propagation will be a highly appreciated differential.
